Shape the Future
We can redefine the future of the built environment through engagement and care of those around us. As we progress in our careers, it’s less about technical strengths and more about how we lift others and support their personal and professional growth. We lead from the front by creating realistic, believable expectations and genuinely showing up for our teams. The only limit to our impact is our imagination and level of commitment – never underestimate the influence you may have on someone’s day and life.
Create a Meaningful Experience
I am passionate about the project experience and what that looks like for our teams and customers. We listen to truly understand the problem and provide tailored solutions to establish trust and build confidence. By transitioning from reactive to proactive relationships, we can think ahead, get in front of the problem, and quickly provide solutions that support the goals of our personal and professional partnerships.
Think without Fear
Our team embraces a shared purpose and sense of belonging. It’s a powerful feeling to work in an environment that allows us to put the fear of failure aside, show up authentically, and be the best version of ourselves. When we invest in emotional personal connections, not just customer satisfaction, we create high-performing teams that feel supported. My proudest moments are when our teams come together, face the fear, and walk away wanting to work together again.
PERSONAL PASSIONS
There is nothing more fulfilling to me than my family. I am a proud father to Conner, Caden, and Camryn and married to my high school sweetheart, Lisa. I am honored to be a third-generation builder in the Portland and SW Washington area. My grandpa was a union carpenter, and my father was a union carpenter turned business owner. The person I am today was shaped by the summers I spent working with them on job sites and my first real job in construction after college.
